If there are any products on this website that you would like to customize/edit in your own way, please feel free to email us at jsbrownpoetry@gmail.com with your ideas! Additionally, all the poetry written in J. S. Brown's books and on her Instagram page can be made into merchandise, all you have to do is ask! :)

Return Policies:

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

If you received an order that is damaged and/or defective, please email me at jsbrownpoetry@gmail.com within one week of receiving your product. Please include pictures of the defective item(s) in the email as well as your order #.

Shipping Policies:

At J. S. Brown Poetry, we use print providers that offer standard shipping rates through Canada Post. Rates will be calculated for you at the checkout based on the products in your cart, as well as your location.

We ship all over the world! *Notebooks are only available to customers in Canada, USA and the UK.

Shipping Speeds:

All orders will take roughly 2-6 business days to arrive. *Notebooks will take up roughly 13-17 business days to arrive. Signed Poetry Books vary depending on customer's location.*

Additional Shipping Information:

Because some of our products ship from different locations, you may receive your products in separate shipments. [For example: you order a t-shirt and a notebook from our website, the shirt will arrive first and the notebook will arrive second (in a separate shipment).]
