• What is the return policy?

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

If your order is defective or broken, please email me at jsbrownpoetry@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include pictures of the defective/broken item(s) as well as your order # in the email. Upon confirmation, we will issue a store credit to you worth the amount paid for your previous order.

• Why are my products arriving at different times instead of in one shipment?

At J. S. Brown Poetry, we are able to do what we do through the use of international print providers. Because some of our products ship from different locations, you may receive your products in separate shipments.

• What are the shipping options?

We offer standard shipping rates through Canada Post. The total shipping fee will be calculated for you at the checkout based on the products in your cart, as well as the location the products are being shipped to.

• When will I receive my order?

All orders are sent into production within 2-5 business days. After the production period, orders will take roughly 5-7 business days to arrive (a total of 2 weeks max. for delivery). 

• Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world! *Notebooks are only available to customers in Canada, USA and the UK.

• What do I do if I never received my order?

Please email me at jsbrownpoetry@gmail.com immediately with your order #, and we will work through everything to ensure that we find your missing order!

• What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please email me at jsbrownpoetry@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order and include pictures of the defective item(s) as well as your order #.

• How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

All orders are sent into production immediately, and therefore, you cannot change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. If you ordered a product by mistake, please email me at jsbrownpoetry@gmail.com and we will discuss the options available to you.

• Where are you located?

J. S. Brown Poetry is located in Southern Ontario, Canada.

• How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please ensure that you refer to the correct sizing charts for all clothes listed on our website. Additionally, consider measuring the space of intent before purchasing canvases and/or posters.

• How do I contact you if my question isn’t answered here?
